Frequently asked questions
Do I need to prepare anything before the home visit?
No. You don't need measurements, and you don't need to have chosen anything — that's what the visit is for. If you have a rough idea of colours or a budget in mind it helps, but plenty of customers start with nothing more than 'the bedroom's too bright in the morning'.
Will I get a hard sell?
No. We measure, show you samples, answer questions and leave you a written quote. Whether you go ahead — and when — is entirely up to you. A 5.0 rating from 500+ Google reviews doesn't survive pushy salesmanship.
Can you visit evenings or weekends?
We work Monday to Friday 9am–5:30pm and Saturday mornings until 2pm, and we'll always try to find an appointment slot that fits around your work and family life. Tell us what works for you and we'll do our best.
